Neuropsychoanalysis publishes papers at the intersection of psychoanalysis and the neurosciences. The journal was founded on the assumption that these two disciplines are ultimately pursuing the same task of making mental functioning intelligible. It aims to dissect function and assign constituents to different parts of the brain.
