Aims & Scope
Proceedings of the IEEE is the flagship publication of the IEEE. It publishes authoritative overview articles and tutorials on all aspects of electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, and computer science. The journal covers a broad range of topics, including but not limited to: communications, signal processing, control systems, power engineering, electronics, solid-state circuits, computer hardware and software, and information theory. It is intended for a broad audience of engineers, scientists, and researchers.
