Aims & Scope

The Asian Journal of Civil Engineering is dedicated to scientific and technical progress in civil engineering. International, peer-reviewed journal covering all major civil engineering fields, from structural and geotechnical engineering to transportation, water, and construction management. Focus on emerging and diverse areas of civil engineering research, including sustainable and resilient infrastructure, digital construction (BIM, IoT), AI applications, and climate adaptation, considering a broad range of regional perspectives, including those from the Asia-Pacific. Global platform for innovative research , publishing articles, reviews, and brief communications on real-world solutions and forward-looking topics, including extreme and extraterrestrial engineering.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
