International Journal of Fracture is a comprehensive platform for original contributions that (i) enhance the understanding of micro and macro fracture mechanisms in all materials; (ii) focus on experimental, theoretical and computational investigations of the mechanics of fracture, damage and failure; (iii) advance structural integrity assessment. Provides insight into engineering implications of fracture mechanisms. Publishes papers from engineers and scientists working in various aspects of fracture. Encourages innovative and in-depth engineering applications of fracture theory. Includes concise Letters in Fracture and Micromechanics. Offers free full colour printing with no page limits.
