Community Mental Health Journal is dedicated to advancing public sector mental health services for individuals affected by serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and/or substance use disorders. The journal seeks to bridge the gap between research and real-world clinical practice in community and public mental health settings. The journal welcomes submissions that focus on populations served in the public sector and address the challenges faced in real-world environments. COMH is particularly interested in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research that contributes to a deeper understanding of systems of care, clinical outcomes, and population health. The journal welcomes articles, brief reports, and various alternate formats in the Fresh Focus category.
