It promotes evidence-based practices and scholarly communication, offering a venue for original research, case reports, and review articles that address key challenges and innovations in anesthesiology, pain management, intensive care, and resuscitation. Committed to high-quality research, APICARE aims to advance healthcare practices across South Asia, the Middle East, and globally. The journal ensures academic rigor through a thorough peer review process and is recognized as one of the region's leading research journals. It is indexed by major international agencies, ensuring broad visibility. Registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, APICARE increased its publication frequency to six issues annually, now published bimonthly from February to December. The journal also encourages submissions on related topics, such as anesthetic complications, patient safety, postoperative care, and the integration of new technologies in these specialties. The authors are requested not to submit papers via OJS, due to structural problems.
