Aims & Scope

Przegląd Europejski - European Studies Quarterly publishes original peer-reviewed scientific articles, mainly focusing on research results within the broadly understood European studies. This includes fields such as political science and administration, law, international relations, economics, sociology, and philosophy. The journal aims to deepen theoretical scientific discourse and present methodological perspectives useful for European studies. It also emphasizes the inclusion of local and regional perspectives in authors' research, considering historical, social, legal, and cultural contexts. The scope of the scientific discourse covers broadly understood European studies as a science not only about the functioning of the European Union but also about European values, socio-political ideas, and key inter-civilizational challenges. In addition to scientific articles, non-peer-reviewed materials such as essays, book reviews, reports, and commentaries are also published.
