Aims & Scope

The Mediterranean Journal of Mathematics aims to publish original and high-quality peer-reviewed papers containing significant results relevant to the main contemporary research areas. The submitted papers should be of medium length (generally, no more than 20 printed pages), well-written and appealing to a broad mathematical audience. Articles which are too specialized or are concerned with narrow problem areas or are somewhat distant from the most contemporary research areas, are generally not considered. The Mediterranean Journal of Mathematics , other than offering a high-level product to the international mathematical community, intends to provide a further cultural and scientific contribution to the integration process amongst the Mediterranean universities. This aim is reflected in the choice of the title " Mediterranean Journal of Mathematics " and in the composition of the Editorial Board, which includes mathematicians from Mediterranean countries only.
