Frontiers in Molecular Neuroscience is a specialty journal that publishes rigorously peer-reviewed research on the molecular mechanisms underlying nervous system function and dysfunction. The journal covers all aspects of molecular neuroscience, including molecular and cellular biology, genetics, biochemistry, pharmacology, and computational neuroscience, as they relate to the nervous system. We are interested in studies that elucidate the molecular basis of neuronal development, plasticity, signaling, and behavior, as well as those that explore the molecular pathology of neurological and psychiatric disorders.
