Aims & Scope

Journal of Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology of Shandong University,founded in 1987,isa bimonthly academic journal supervised by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Shandong University. The journal mainly publishes articles in the field of otolaryngology and ophthalmology, with article types such as original research papers, newsletters, commentaries, literature reviews, reports of clinical experience, technologies and methods, pathological discussions, analyses of cases, etc. Readers include medical staffs specializing in otolaryngology and ophthalmology in hospitals of different levels, administrative staff in medical institutions, researchers of medical information, undergraduate students, master and doctoral students, and teachers in medical colleges and universities. The journal is indexed by 'Statistical Source Journal of Chinese Scientific and Technological Papers', the Core Journal of Chinese Science and Technology, China Scientific and Technological Papers and Citations Database (CSTPCD), China Core Journal (Select) Database, and CABI (Center for Agricultural and Biological Sciences, the United Kingdom). Journal of Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology of Shandong Universityis an open access journal. Published articles can be downloaded from the website free of charge. All manuscripts submitted are not charged for peer review. The articles funded by national projects are given priority to publish.
