Aims & Scope

HORIZONTE publishes original, peer-reviewed research that contributes, in theoretical, methodological, and empirical terms, to the advancement of the study of religion, with special attention to the Latin American context. The journal promotes critical reflection, interdisciplinary dialogue, and epistemological plurality in the field. HORIZONTE seeks to consolidate its insertion in the international academic scene, with a strategic regional positioning and an emphasis on the visibility and relevance of Latin American contributions to the study of religion.
