Aims & Scope

The journal aims to publish peer-reviewed research articles containing original scientific results in the field of Biology and Biochemistry (specialty E1). It publishes experimental data on the structural features, development, and functioning of plant and animal organisms, flora and fauna of Ukraine, obtained from research conducted by scientists of the Research and Educational Center "Institute of Biology and Medicine" and other institutions in the fields of plant and animal physiology, genetics, botany, zoology, microbiology, virology, as well as new data on the biochemical and biophysical bases of regulation in cells and organs in normal conditions and after exposure to various physico-chemical factors. It also publishes results of new methodological developments. The journal is intended for teachers, researchers, postgraduate students, and students.
