Aims & Scope

The Journal of Iran-Water Resources Research (IWRR) invites all the scientists and experts in different science, engineering, and technical fields related to water resources engineering and management to present their scientific and research papers for publication. IWRR is a multidisciplinary journal for the presentation of original contributions and the exchange of knowledge and experience on topics related to water resources management. Accordingly, IWRR publishes research articles, review papers, technical notes, and discussions on: - Water resources assessment, development, conservation, and control on policies and strategies; - Planning and design of water resource systems; - Operation, maintenance, and administration of water resource systems; - Legislation and water resources protection; - Water management techniques; - Water demand and consumption; - Simulation and modelling of water resource systems; - Applied surface and groundwater hydrology; - Economic and social aspects of water use; - Forecasting and control of quantity and quality of water; - Water governance
