Aims & Scope
The journal prioritizes articles that research the field of Islamic economics and fundamental issues of the economy of Iran with an Islamic approach. It aims to theorize principles of the Islamic economic system, explain and present the Islamic-Iranian progress model, conduct theoretical research on Islamizing and indigenizing economics, analyze economic actors' behavior in Islamic societies, optimize monetary and financial institutions, apply Islamic economics to Iran's challenges, critique existing schools of thought from Islamic and indigenous perspectives, and analyze economic policies and laws with an Islamic approach. It also covers theoretical and applied research to solve economic problems in the Islamic system, interdisciplinary research (e.g., Islamic economics and law, environmental economics, political economy of Iran), utilization of natural resources (Anfal) from an Islamic economic perspective, experiences of countries in adopting Islamic economic and financial models, comparative studies between Muslim and non-Muslim researchers, Iran's economy (perspectives, implications, and practical applications of Islamic economics), economic ethics, philosophy of economics, Islamic banking and finance, social security, Takaful, Islamic approaches to economic development, case studies on implementing Sharia-compliant economic models, innovative research on emerging topics (e.g., digital currencies, fintech, sustainable development in Islamic finance), Islamic economic institutions, Islamic financial products and contracts (Sukuk, Musharakah, Mudarabah, Ijarah), and comparative Islamic economic systems.
