The journal publishes articles on the theory and practice of cognitive behaviour therapy. It aims to provide a forum for clinicians, researchers and trainers to share their experiences and insights. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including the application of CBT to different client groups and problems, the development of new CBT techniques, and the evaluation of CBT outcomes. It also publishes book reviews and conference reports.
