Aims & Scope
Revista Gestão e Desenvolvimento é a revista eletrônica semestral de acesso aberto do Mestrado Acadêmico em Administração da Universidade Feevale, com publicações desde 2004, que objetiva abordar os recursos e as capacidades internas bem como as relações interorganizacionais e os fatores externos que potencialmente influenciam o desenvolvimento organizacional em longo prazo. Intenciona-se abordar aspectos teórico-metodológicos, buscando construir bases para uma visão reflexiva e crítica no ensino e na pesquisa em Administração, por meio da articulação entre indivíduos, organizações e sociedade, considerando seus efeitos econômicos, sociais e ambientais.
