Scientific Drilling (SD) is a multidisciplinary journal dedicated to sharing the latest scientific advancements and news from scientific drilling and related programs within the geoscience community. The journal features peer-reviewed science reports on recently completed and ongoing international scientific drilling projects, updates on technical developments, workshops reports, progress reports, and news & updates from the community. SD publishes only contributions related to drilling for scientific purposes, including but not limited to topics such as paleoclimate and paleoenvironmental change, deep biosphere, geohazards, geodynamic processes, and sustainable georesources.
