Aims & Scope
Performance: Jurnal Personalia, Financial, Operasional, Marketing dan Sistem Informasi is a biannual, peer-reviewed international journal that serves as an interdisciplinary forum for research and scholarly discussion in the evolving and interconnected fields of management science. The journal emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, particularly in relation to managerial decision-making, organizational performance, and strategic policy across diverse sectors. Published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman since 2003, the journal encourages contributions from academics, researchers, and practitioners across a broad spectrum of management-related disciplines. Performance covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: Human Resource Management and organizational behavior Marketing management and consumer-related strategies Financial management and accounting practices Operational and supply chain management Strategic management and business policy Management information systems and digital transformation The journal is particularly interested in submissions that advance the research frontier in management science, supported by rigorous and generalizable empirical findings derived from representative samples. In principle, the journal does not prioritize manuscripts based solely on student or convenience samples, unless strong methodological justification is provided. By fostering high-quality research and interdisciplinary dialogue, Performance aims to contribute to the development of innovative managerial insights and evidence-based practices in both academic and professional contexts.
