Aims & Scope

The manuscripts submitted for publication should report original clinical and scientific human research, which contributes to the advancement of knowledge in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. The field comprises prevention, diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders, as well as related molecular genetics, pathophysiology, and epidemiology. We process manuscripts of clinical gastroenterology. Due to limited space: We do not publish animal experimental studies. We do not accept for evaluation papers related to basic research, pediatric pathology or to surgical techniques .
