Aims & Scope

Journal Economia (JECO) aims to publish original research to contribute theoretically and practically to the fields of Economics, Accounting, Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Finance. JECO is committed to providing perspectives from developing countries such as Indonesia and other developing countries. We are currently giving preference to studies that target small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) from any perspective, including entrepreneurial, management, accounting, and potential economic effect . JECO aspires to elevate these viewpoints to appeal to a wide readership, which adds to the understanding, discussion of business professionals and academics around the world. JECO challenges potential authors to produce high quality research, grounded in theory and with high methodological rigor. Demonstration of effective conceptual contributions will be considered in the journal's editorial process. To be published in JECO, authors must adhere to high research standards and contribute to theory and/or practice in related fields, regardless of whether the level of analysis is an individual, organization, region, or country.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
