Aims & Scope
The REGION journal contains scientific articles on research results and conceptual ideas covering the fields of regional and urban development and participatory planning related to sustainable development.The scope of the REGION journal includes:1. regional planning and development;2. development financing;3. urban and rural planning issues;4. disaster resilience; and5. participatory planning. The REGION journal contains scientific articles on research results and conceptual ideas covering the fields of regional and urban development and participatory planning related to sustainable development. 1. regional planning and development;2. development financing;3. urban and rural planning issues;4. disaster resilience; and5. participatory planning. Every manuscipt submitted will be single-blind reviewed by two reviewers. Review will recommend the acceptance status of the manuscript. If one reviewer rejects the article, the editor will send the manuscript to third reviewer.Decisions from reviewers are a top priority for editors to make decisions. The time required by reviewers to complete a round review process is 4-8 weeks. Generally, prospective reviewers will be selected based on their reputation in the suitability of their expertise.The decision is decided in Editors' meeting afterwards.>Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revisions.>Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made.>Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review, however.>Decline Submission: The submission will not be published in the journal. Every manuscipt submitted will be single-blind reviewed by two reviewers.
