Aims & Scope

The Beilstein Journal of Organic Chemistry (BJOC) is a peer-reviewed open access journal covering all aspects of organic chemistry. It is published by the Beilstein-Institut für Chemie, a non-profit foundation based in Frankfurt, Germany. BJOC aims to provide a platform for the rapid dissemination of high-quality research in organic chemistry, including synthesis, reaction mechanisms, physical organic chemistry, and the chemistry of natural products. The journal also covers interdisciplinary areas such as medicinal chemistry, materials science, and chemical biology where organic chemistry plays a central role. BJOC is committed to the principles of open science, making all published content freely available to the scientific community.
