A journal for interdisciplinary research, development and applications of image guided diagnosis and therapy. The International Journal of Computer Assisted Radiology and Surgery is a platform for interdisciplinary research in digital imaging methods and computer-assisted diagnostic and therapeutic workflows. Encourages research that bridges the gap between medical and technical disciplines. Reports on digital imaging methods that enhance the skills of medical professionals.
