Environmental Earth Sciences is an international journal seeking to advance geosphere+ knowledge for environmental problem solving. It focuses on the study of anthropogenically altered interactions within the geosphere and between the geosphere–biosphere. It strives to provide unbiased scientific evidence for sustainable management of natural resources and mitigation of geological, chemical and biological hazards, drawn on academic and industrial expertise in geophysics, geochemistry, biogeosciences, engineering geology, hydrogeology, and physical geography.
