The China-EU Law Journal (CELJ) is a peer-reviewed publication bringing together Chinese, European and international perspectives on law. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following topics: Chinese law European legal developments of specific importance to China The law of China-EU relations China and Europe in a globalizing world. CELJ welcomes comparative and interdisciplinary approaches. Studies on Chinese law from a European perspective and studies on European law from a Chinese perspective are of particular interest. CESL accepts articles presenting genuine research findings as well as reports and book reviews.
