Aims & Scope

Journal of the Knowledge Economy is a multidisciplinary publication focused on the dynamics of knowledge creation, diffusion, and application across the spectrum of organizations, industries, nations, and regions. The first journal to focus on the social, technological and economic aspects of knowledge and innovation. Combines theory and practice, with an emphasis on empirical studies and a comparative approach. Encourages collaboration among authors from different disciplines. Provides topical coverage across micro (firm-level), meso (industry-level), and macro (regional/national/international-level) perspectives. Includes coverage of such topics as entrepreneurship, technology management, education, and sustainable development.
