Aims & Scope
Mindfulness is an international, peer-reviewed journal examining the latest research findings and best practices in mindfulness. Explores the nature and foundations of mindfulness, its mechanisms of actions, and its use across cultures. Serves as a much-needed forum for broad-based, leading-edge research covering but not limited to reliability and validity of assessment of mindfulness, clinical uses of mindfulness in psychological distress, psychiatric disorders, and medical conditions, and much more. Supported by an editorial board composed of multidisciplinary experts in mindfulness. Promotes the science and practice of mindfulness across diverse viewpoints and disciplines, including psychology, psychiatry, medicine, neurobiology, psychoneuroendocrinology, cognitive and behavioral sciences, philosophy, and spirituality. Publishes papers addressing mindfulness training for clinicians, institutional staff, teachers, parents, and industry personnel.
