Aims & Scope
Norteamérica is a bimonthly journal whose objective is to publish multi- and interdisciplinary academic articles on the North American region (Mexico, United States, and Canada), which: consider the region as an object of analysis in itself (its evolution, its particular processes, and its internal dynamics); analyze the reality of each of the three nations, linking them thematically with the rest of the region; carry out comparative studies on the nations that make up North America; address the region and its insertion in the international context; and delve into global processes and their impact on the region. Through these perspectives of study, the journal disseminates articles that address a wide variety of general and specific topics: a) politics, economics, society, and culture; b) foreign policy, trade, political systems, security, comparative politics, political philosophy, and history; and c) migration, electoral processes, border, science and technology, minorities, environment and natural resources, education, human rights, gender, and others.
