Aims & Scope

La Revista de Bioética y Derecho es una publicación del Observatorio de Bioética y Derecho, del Master en Bioética y Derecho y de la Cátedra UNESCO de Bioética de la Universidad de Barcelona. Con una periodicidad cuatrimestral, la revista se dirige a profesionales interdisciplinares interesadas por la bioética aplicada a la salud, la seguridad, las nuevas tecnologías y el medio ambiente, entre otros, con el objeto de fomentar el debate público. El marco para abordar las cuestiones y problemas bioéticos es el respeto a los Derechos Humanos y el enfoque metodológico es plural, laico e interdisciplinario. Sobre esta base, la Revista se propone suministrar informaciones científicas rigurosas y contrastadas así como argumentos humanistas racionales y razonables que contribuyan a definir y seleccionar los problemas bioéticos y abrir el debate social a la participación ciudadana.
