Scalable Computing: Practice and Experience (SCPE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the present and future of parallel and distributed computing. The journal strictly focuses on algorithm development, cloud and grid computing, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and the execution of distributed architectures applied to real-world problems. It provides a vital platform for scientific discourse on the paradigm of computing as it continues to mature and scale to unprecedented levels, addressing emerging challenges and disruptive trends. SCPE publishes original, rigorously peer-reviewed research papers, comprehensive reviews, and short communications that address the foundational theories, technological implementations, and real-world applications of scalable and distributed systems. By bridging the gap between theoretical algorithm development and practical execution on real-world parallel architectures, SCPE serves as a premier resource for computer scientists, software engineers, and IT professionals worldwide. The journal invites high-quality submissions focusing on algorithm development, architectural implementation, and the application of distributed computing to solve complex, real-life problems.
