Aims & Scope
Rechtidee focuses on Law and Protection of Vulnerable Communities in developing countries. Rechtidee specializes in providing legal protection to vulnerable communities nationwide, regionally, and internationally. The Journal covers human rights, access to justice, and how law promotes equality, non-discrimination, and justice for those facing social, economic, physical, and political challenges. Her research uses normative, empirical, and conceptual analyses to assess how regulations, public policy, and law enforcement protect vulnerable groups. The scope of her research includes, but is not limited to: Study of customary law communities Legal protection for vulnerable groups, including children, women, persons with disabilities, the elderly, indigenous peoples, religious and ethnic minorities, refugees, asylum seekers, and other marginalized groups. Human rights and vulnerable groups, including the implementation of national and international human rights instruments. Analysis of laws and regulations related to the protection of vulnerable groups and the harmonization of national law with international law. Access to justice for vulnerable groups in the criminal, civil, and administrative justice systems We prioritize manuscripts with comparative studies supported by empirical data.
