It features contributions that discuss what Global South countries and human rights practitioners have done or can do to influence human rights practice worldwide. The readership is hybrid, composed of activists, academics, and policy-makers, referred to as “human rights practitioners.” The journal strikes a balance between in-depth analysis and content based on practice, reflecting its hybrid audience.
