PUBLICATION The Journal of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts publishes following sections: Regular Articles, Research Notes, Book Reviews, announcements for Conferences and Seminars, Abstracts of successfully defended Doctoral Dissertations and Business Review. FREQUENCY Journal of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts publishes Open Access peer-reviewed analyses. The Journal of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts is published in two Volumes per year (April and October issue).
