Aims & Scope
The journal publishes original scientific works, previously unpublished, and free of incorrect borrowings. All articles submitted to the editorial office undergo anonymous internal and external peer review. The editorial office considers the experience of authoritative Russian and international journals and publishers. The editorial office reserves the right to reject the publication of an article in case of violation of the rules listed below. The journal accepts for consideration articles and analytical materials from Russian and foreign authors on the activities of multilateral international institutions, primarily the "G20", "G7/G8", BRICS, OECD, World Bank, IMF, WTO, UN, and integration associations, primarily the European Union, Eurasian Economic Union, APEC, ASEAN, Shanghai Cooperation Organization and others. The journal accepts for consideration scientific articles on issues of international cooperation in the field of higher education, the modern development of higher professional education in a national and international comparative context, and the problems of developing global and cross-border higher education.
