La revista recibe las colaboraciones de todos los jueces y los servidores del Poder Judicial del Perú, así como los trabajos de investigadores externos a nuestra institución. La presente publicación está dirigida a magistrados, investigadores, docentes universitarios, profesores, estudiantes y a un público interesado en las cuestiones propias de la reflexión académica, el trabajo crítico y la investigación jurídica.
