Aims & Scope

Letras Históricas is an academic journal edited by the Universidad de Guadalajara, with continuous publication. All articles submitted to the journal must be the product of historical research or works that contribute to and enrich the analysis of classical or contemporary theories of historiography, philosophy of history, and other related disciplines. All submitted works must be the result of high academic level research, original and unpublished. They must not be under evaluation or have editorial commitments with any other journal or editorial body. They will be submitted to two peer reviews under the double-blind modality, by the journal's roster of referees, which is composed of prestigious academics and researchers from national and international institutions. In case of discrepant results, a third review will be sent. The results of the reviews are unappealable.
