Aims & Scope

This journal aims to publish new ideas in the subject area of the journal, and helps to expand the boundaries of knowledge and find solutions for the challenges in the field of Islamic jurisprudence and law. The aims are given below: 1- Explanation of the jurisprudential views of early and late scholars 2- Development of comparative studies of jurisprudential and fundamental schools and religions 3- Comparative and analytical comparison of jurisprudence and jurisprudence with relevant laws of Iran 4- Creating a suitable platform in order to present the latest jurisprudential and legal opinions by experts and criticize the existing views 5- Creating a suitable platform for comparative jurisprudence studies with an emphasis on common sources and foundations among Islamic religions 6- Introducing the original works and views of jurisprudence and principles Providing a scientific source for the publication of original ideas and studies in Islamic law and jurisprudence is the main aim of the Journal of Islamic Law and Jurisprudence Studies.
