Aims & Scope
RIMCIS publishes empirical and theoretical contributions in the social sciences, contributing to the advancement of knowledge on social transformation and the overcoming of social inequalities. RIMCIS publishes disciplinary and interdisciplinary research grounded in scientific theories that analyse social processes, structures, and actions related to key societal challenges, with particular attention to their potential to generate social impact. RIMCIS was established to promote rigorous, evidence-based research addressing major social issues from multidisciplinary perspectives. The journal examines both the mechanisms through which social inequalities are reproduced and the evidence, actions, and conditions that contribute to their transformation and improvement. RIMCIS serves as an international forum for scholarly debate and critical reflection through the publication of high-quality theoretical and empirical contributions with clear analytical, societal, and impact-oriented relevance. The journal is addressed to researchers and scholars in sociology and related social sciences.
