Aims & Scope
Transnational Environmental Law (TEL) is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scholarship on all aspects of international and comparative environmental law. It aims to foster dialogue and debate among scholars, practitioners, and policymakers working on environmental issues at the transnational level. TEL welcomes submissions that explore the legal, political, economic, and social dimensions of environmental governance, including but not limited to: climate change law, biodiversity conservation, transboundary pollution, environmental justice, sustainable development, and the role of international institutions. The journal is committed to promoting interdisciplinary approaches and engaging with emerging challenges in environmental law.
