npj Quantum Information considers research covering all aspects of quantum information research. The journal covers a broad range of topics including but not limited to: Quantum computing and quantum machine learning Quantum communication and quantum cryptography Quantum sensing and metrology Experimental quantum technologies and devices Foundational quantum information science The journal aims to develop and encourage the global exchange of ideas between physicists, computer scientists, material scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and other researchers who are active at the frontiers of these fields. The journal offers more choice to Nature Portfolio authors who are seeking a fully open-access and more inclusive platform for publishing their work.
