The Journal of Chinese History is dedicated to the study of the history of China and its peoples, past and present. It publishes original research articles on all aspects of Chinese history, from antiquity to the present day. The journal welcomes submissions that engage with a wide range of methodologies and theoretical approaches, and that contribute to new understandings of China's past.
