Aims & Scope

The scope of Acta Technica Jaurinensis is to provide a publication possibility in the area of engineering with special focus on vehicle-, mechanical engineering and mechatronics; transportation science and logistics; architecture and civil engineering; information technology and electrical engineering. We are ready to publish any original publication, new research results as well as review articles covering broader topics. The subject matter can be theory, methodology, empirical studies, or applications. The journal is primarily recommended to researchers from Central and Eastern Europe, however, Acta Technica Jaurinensis also includes papers submitted by scientists of different countries and regions, reflecting the international nature of the journal.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
