Magazine of Civil Engineering(ISSN 2712-8172) is an online peer-reviewed open-access scientific journal in the field of Civil and Construction Engineering (before 2020 - ISSN: 2071-4726, E-ISSN:2071-0305) Founder and publisher:Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.The aim of the journal is to publish articles of a high scientific level. Magazine of Civil Engineering publishes original papers of international importance. Publication in the journal is open and free for all authors.All publishing expenses are covered by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.There are no article processing charges and embargo period.All articles are subject to compulsory single-blind peer-review. Articles are peer-reviewed by independent subject matter expert. Articles are licensed underCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License(CC BY-NC 4.0). A license agreementis necessarily concluded with the authors for the transfer of his exclusive rights to the Paper for Publisher.
