Coverage of theoretical problems of law and various aspects of law-making and law enforcement process. Development of scientific concepts on improvement of national legislation and promotion of their implementation in the practice of state formation. Facilitate interaction between leading professionals and young scholars in the field of law by creating an open information environment. Conducting scientific debate on current issues of law on the pages of the Bulletin in order to generate innovative ideas and disseminate them on international scale. Publishing reviews of monographs, textbooks, learning aids and other publications.
