The author(s) create an account on the website and submit their manuscript.The editor in chief would conduct an initial review (1-2 weeks), taking into account the following points:(1) Adherence to the focus and scope of the manuscript, (2) The uniqueness and significance of the manuscript, (3) The manuscript's compliance with the guidelines, (4) Check for manuscript similarity, (5) Copyrights transfer agreement form available.The editor in chief decides on the initial review using the following decision types,(1) If the manuscript is rejected during the peer-review process, it will be returned to the author(s) with the specific comment attached, (2) If the manuscript is revised during the peer-review process, it will be returned to the author(s) with the specific comment attached. The author(s) should revise their manuscript and re-upload it to the system, (3) Acceptance to the peer-review process indicates that the manuscript will be sent to the section editor for reviewer selection.The section editor would seek reviewers who are a good fit for the manuscript.
