Conflict and Society examines the continuities of conflict, including how past violence generates new conflict in reworked forms, often through psychosocial dynamics and cultural narratives. The journal also explores various forms of security, particularly from the perspectives of marginalized populations and in relation to state and non-state actors. It investigates how individuals and communities navigate and respond to insecurity, violence, and trauma through social practices, memory, and identity.
