Aims & Scope
About the Journal Focus and Scope The IGJR publishes articles from the humanities and the social sciences, reflecting the current state of research on intergenerational justice. The journal is released biannually and employs a scientific double-blind peer review process. The reviewers are chosen issue by issue with regard to the area of expertise for the special issue. They are chosen by the managing editorial team. The managing editorial team is supported by an editorial board that consists of 50 internationally renowned experts from ten different countries. Unlike research articles, book reviews do not undergo formal double-blind peer review and are subject to editorial evaluation. Individuals interested in submitting a book review should refer to our Guidelines for Book Reviewers . Citing the IGJR The IGJR has appeared on a regular basis since 2015. In: Intergenerational Justice Review, 1 (1), 40-46. There were six special issues before 2015 that were not numbered consecutively. To cite an article in one of these pre-2015 issues, please use page numbers only without "volume". For instance: Lumer, Christoph (2009): Climate Change, Intergenerational Justice and Development. In: Intergenerational Justice Review, pp. 88-94. Between 2013 and 2016, the journal benefited from the three-year expansion grant by the German Research Association (DFG).
