Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
SpringerOpen · Germany · Est. 2012
Aims & Scope
The Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (JIAE) publishes cutting-edge research on how innovation and entrepreneurship interact and evolve across sectors, regions, and institutional contexts. We welcome theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented studies that examine the drivers, enablers, and consequences of innovation and entrepreneurial activity in both emerging and established economies, and how these dynamics shape firms, SMEs, markets, and organizations. JIAE takes a broad, integrative perspective, spanning policy and governance, finance and investment, education and human capital, organizational behavior and knowledge transfer, sector-specific innovation, and regional and spatial development. We especially encourage rigorous work offering comparative or global insights, evidence from under-researched contexts, and research linking entrepreneurship and innovation to inclusive and sustainable development, including relevance to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The journal operates a single‑blind peer review process and publishes all articles fully open access, ensuring global visibility and equitable access to research.
