Strategies and outcomes in housing and infrastructure development. Effective stakeholder management and project impact assessments. Best practices in the design and implementation of labour-intensive projects. Insights and trends in the management of construction companies and industry development. The role of knowledge management in enhancing construction practices. Empowerment initiatives, especially those focusing on women in construction. Critical analysis of current and emerging infrastructure challenges in developing countries. Construction industry development. Infrastructure development and resilience.
