Aims & Scope

The journal publishes Original research articles, Clinical Investigations, Review articles, Case Series, Case reports, Letter to the Editor pertaining to clinical and biomedical sciences. It presents innovative and novel information on biomedical research that highlights advances in medical science which help to improve the clinical acumen of medical professionals. The Journal invites original research and review articles not published/submitted for publications anywhere. The journal accepts review articles only if author (s) has included his/her own research work and is an authority in the particular field. Invited or submitted review articles on current biomedical research developments will also be included. Medical practitioners are encouraged to contribute interesting case reports. The journal publishes special features like and book reviews clinical trials which are registered in the Clinical Trial Registry of India or Clinical trials.gov. All manuscripts submitted to JCBS will undergo scrutiny by the editorial board followed by review process by the experts in the field. The JCBS strongly discourages duplication / reduplication of data already published in other journals. If and when duplication is detected after publishing in JCBS, the journal will be forced to 'retract' such articles. The journal bases its policies on "Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals" which can be assessed at the URL https://icmje.org/recommendations/. All accepted papers are suitably edited before publication and sent to the corresponding author for the print proof. Published papers become the sole property of JCBS and will be the copyright of JCBS.
